Responsibilities
A few examples of your core contributions:

Design and improve data pipelines:
- Shape and evolve data systems so that data remains accurate, reliable, and efficiently processed across diverse tech stacks

Ensure data correctness and scalability:
- Collaborate with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and improve systems for reporting and analytics

Develop internal data products and tooling:
- Build scalable solutions (e.g., reporting engines, forecasting tools) used by product teams across the company

Support platform-wide decision-making:
- Partner with multiple teams to provide the analytical and modeling backbone for business planning and performance tracking

Compensation

Competitive pay:
- Annual salary (centred on London and elsewhere in Europe):
- Limited experience: £85,797 (London) / €66,065 (elsewhere in Europe)
- Considerable experience: £112,189–£250,512 (London) / €107,837–€188,848 (elsewhere in Europe)
- Adjustments based on location, expected impact, and experience progression
- Opportunity for growth and increasing compensation as capabilities and contributions expand
- Spooner equity available in company stock at a discounted price, reflecting value creation with the company
- Full-time permanent or fixed-term contracts; full-time or part-time roles
- Annual salary (centred on London and elsewhere in Europe):
