Data Scientist
Data Scientist – £600 per day (umbrella rate)
- Contract Duration: 6 months
- Location: Remote (UK)
- Onsite Requirement: London (once a month/as required by client)
- Residency: Must be a UK citizen with at least 5 years unbroken UK residency
About the Role
Atrium (EMEA) are supporting a large managed service provider, seeking a talented Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role involves analysing data, developing models, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance decision-making, planning, and performance.

- Analysing large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Building models and visualisations to inform data-backed decisions
- Translating insights into clear and practical recommendations for stakeholders
- Driving improvement through experimentation and insight-led challenges
Key Technical Skills
Required:
- Proficiency in **Python (including Pandas) and SQL
- Expertise in data wrangling, cleaning, and preparation
- Ability to create effective data visualisations
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools
- Familiarity with Java for data processing and pipeline development
- Understanding of working within secure or restricted environments
- Hypothesis testing and statistical analysis experience
