Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist - Experimentation and Causal Inference

The Role
- Lead deep dive analysis on experimentation, including cannibalisation and value decomposition
- Apply causal inference to identify true impact and drivers of change
- Evaluate experiments using counterfactuals and off policy approaches
- Build simulation tools to assess experiments before launch
- Partner with product and commercial teams to shape strategy

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in experimentation and causal inference
- Background in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Solid grounding in econometrics and A B testing
- Experience with counterfactual analysis or simulation methods
- Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
