Company Description

Brdge is a boutique consultancy and venture studio that partners with leaders to harness accelerating technology in practical, high-impact ways. We bring next-generation capabilities into real-world environments so organisations can move quickly, make informed decisions, and bring everyone along the journey. Through Brdge Launchpad, we work with founders and early-stage teams to shape vision, validate markets, build products, and support go-to-market and investor readiness. Through Brdge Enterprise, we support scaleups, SMEs, and larger enterprises with advisory and engineering to modernise platforms, automate operations, and deliver customer-facing solutions. Across everything we do, we prioritise fast time-to-value, robust engineering, and solutions built to scale.

Role Description

This is a full-time AI Engineer role based in London, with a hybrid model that allows for some work from home. We are open to exploring international candidates for the right person. This is an immediate start, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This role suits an exceptional, high-agency engineer who wants to build across the frontier of applied AI and take real ownership of what ships.

You will work across Brdge Launchpad and Brdge Enterprise engagements, building production-grade AI systems and the software around them. The work spans the full lifecycle, from shaping the problem with clients through to shipping, measuring, and iterating. Day to day you will design and build agentic systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, apply traditional machine learning where it is the right tool, develop and integrate these into robust web applications using Python and Django, and turn messy, varied data into reliable products and insight. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and consulting teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and help embed strong AI and engineering practice into client organisations. We expect you to stay close to a fast-moving field and bring the best current methods, tools, and patterns into real client work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
