About the Role
You will be a critical member of the product delivery team, shaping secure Generative AI adoption for enterprise environments. The role involves:
- Designing curated datasets to train and fine-tune sensitive data detection models.
- Building production-ready NLP models that classify and protect enterprise data at scale.
- Optimising models iteratively using customer feedback and performance analytics.

Data & Model Development
- Curate tailored datasets for sensitive data detection and model fine-tuning.
- Design, validate, and deploy NLP models in a production-ready SaaS environment.

- Continuously refine models based on real-world customer feedback.
- Monitor performance metrics and update solutions to enhance data protection.
Ideal Candidate
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven ability to ship production-grade AI models and manage impactful datasets in live SaaS environments.
- Expertise in Python with deep knowledge of NLP techniques, classification approaches, and data categorisation taxonomies.
- Product-driven mindset with a preference for agile delivery and fast-paced, innovative work environments.
