Your Key Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling & Predictive Analytics: Develop and refine predictive models to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional customer teams to rapidly develop and iterate data solutions based on operational insights.
  • Solution Integration: Deploy analytics within customer workflows, emphasising usability, reliability, and actionability.
  • Operational Support: Address deployment challenges and drive technical improvements informed by real-world data.
  • Internal & External Engagement:
    • Communicate insights via reports, dashboards, or presentations tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Assist in sales and project delivery, engaging with clients and demonstrating analytical solutions.
  • Technical Partnerships: Work with Data Engineering, DevOps, and R&D teams to validate, scale, and implement models across diverse environments.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine analytical workflows, model robustness, and deployment efficiency.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or relevant domains.
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
  • Strong Python proficiency and experience with core data science tools including pandas, NumPy, scipy, statsmodels, or scikit-learn.
  • Proven ability to deploy predictive models, especially with time-series or sensor data.
  • Solid grasp of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and familiarity with APIs and production environments.
  • Exceptional communication—expertise in translating technical insights to non-experts.
  • Ability to thrive in client-facing or consulting roles, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
