We are working with a leading global workforce solutions company, providing highly skilled professionals and strategic staffing solutions across various industries, on an exciting opportunity.
The organisation is seeking an experienced professional to support a critical digital screening programme, shaping new services through exploratory analysis and developing high-quality reporting products.
The Role
- Lead exploratory data analysis to inform dashboard design and reporting outputs
- Define data requirements and determine appropriate dashboard content
- Identify and mitigate data quality risks and ensure data integrity
- Design, build, and maintain reusable data pipelines and datasets
- Develop and test datasets used in BI dashboards and reporting products
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Agile team, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and planning sessions

What You'll Need
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for data analysis and engineering
- Solid background in exploratory data analysis and data modelling techniques
- Experience with Palantir platforms, ideally including the Federated Data Platform (FDP)
- Proficiency with BI and data platforms such as Redshift or Databricks
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and governance principles
- Proven ability to work independently in Agile environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
