About the Role
A few examples of your responsibilities include:
- Design and improve data pipelines. Contribute to the design of data systems—ensuring better accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across diverse tech stacks.
- Ensure data correctness and scalability. Collaborate with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and enhance the robustness of reporting and analytics.
- Develop internal data products and tooling. Build scalable solutions such as reporting engines and forecasting tools, widely used by product teams across the company.
- Support platform-wide decision-making. Work with multiple teams to provide the analytical modeling foundation for business planning and performance tracking.
- Leverage AI to accelerate work. Use AI tools to discover insights, speed up analysis, and study competing products and trends.

Competitive compensation. Starting salary ranges:
- £85,797 in London
- €66,065 elsewhere in Europe
Experienced candidates earn between:
- £112,189 – £250,512 in London
- €107,837 – €188,848 elsewhere in Europe
Salaries scale rapidly as contributions increase. Competitors may receive equity with company stock at a discounted rate.
