Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist (Gen AI) | AI Tech Start-Up | £60k-£100k DOE + Sizeable Shares | London/Hybrid (1 day a week in office)
We are excited to be working with a rapidly growing AI tech scale-up that’s expanding its team with a talented Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in designing and deploying bespoke AI agents in collaboration with leading enterprises.
This isn’t your typical Data Science position – it’s deeply technical, highly collaborative, and focused on delivering real-world impact. You’ll help translate complex business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions powered by cutting-edge AI tools.
The Candidate
Key attributes of a suitable Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist include:
- Strong Data Science Foundations – bring solid grounding in statistics and machine learning, along with strong programming skills – Python preferred.
- Passion for Cutting-Edge AI – You actively experiment with and apply modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAGs, co-pilots, agentic workflows (heavily desired), and more.
- Client-Centric Problem Solver – You’re confident engaging with clients and stakeholders, able to translate complex business problems into elegant, scalable AI solutions. You’ve played a hands-on role in architecting and delivering real-world deployments.
