Data Security & DLP Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI systems — and we need data security professionals who know how breaches actually happen.
This is your opportunity to apply your hands-on expertise in DLP (Data Loss Prevention), data classification, and security operations to directly shape how AI understands and reasons about sensitive information risk. Your real-world knowledge of how data leaks, gets detected, and gets protected will become the foundation for next-generation AI capabilities.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do
- Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios across:
- Cloud environments
- SaaS platforms
- Enterprise systems
- Classify:
- Data sensitivity levels
- Exposure pathways
- Policy violations
- Evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies for:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to:
- Train AI systems
- Benchmark AI systems
- Help AI reason correctly about:
- How sensitive information is exposed
- How it is protected in modern organizations

Who You Are (Requirements)
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Data security
- Compliance
- Security operations
- Familiarity with:
- DLP tools
- Data classification frameworks
- Privacy or regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Practical understanding (not just theoretical) of:
- Data risk in modern environments
- Attack paths
- Exposure scenarios
- Control gaps
- Self-directed with:
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort completing task-based assignments

Nice to Have (Bonus Experience)
- Experience with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Background in:
- Security operations (SOC)
- Incident response
- Data governance
- Familiarity with frameworks:
- NIST
- ISO 27001
- CIS Controls
- Prior experience contributing to:
- AI training
- Red-teaming
- Content evaluation
