As a Data Sourcing and Reporting Product Owner in the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture (FFBA) team you will work closely with Line of Business stakeholders, data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technology teams across Finance and the various Program Management teams. You will be part of this high-performing team of project & data management professionals focused on delivering strategic Programs, building reporting & automation solutions and as such requires a technical project mindset to support the end to end delivery.
You will focus on the project delivery of strategic data consumption solutions including building regulatory aggregation logic to meet stakeholder needs, using first-class methodologies in program governance, product ownership, and project delivery while implementing an enhanced operating model, working collaboratively across teams in Regulatory Reporting teams, Technology and Finance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a diverse range of Finance Data Insight/Core solutions and regulatory related projects, implementing solutions and operating models aimed at enhancing end to end processing and streamline technology usage within regulatory reporting
- Analyze data /interrogation and solution build across Finance data warehouses and reporting tools to support International Reg program execution
- Organize & control dependencies/deliverables, Identifying issues, risks and solutions, working with appropriate members of the team or stakeholders to develop an agreed mitigation strategy
- Ensure operational readiness through both rigorous testing and implementation management building out reusable patterns and best in class methodologies
- Plan and support of operational readiness through both rigorous testing and implementation management and influence modernization efforts.
- Work with our Partners, stakeholders and Line of Business (LOB) teams responsible for delivery of the end to end Program delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Proven background: in data analysis, regulatory reporting and technology to deliver complex multi-functional project
- Proven background in documenting Operating Model and instance of change and strong partnerships to drive complex multi-functional project with regulatory reporting background
- Advanced skills using analytical toolset with Agile mindset to slice and dice data using various toolsets (I.e. Alteryx) and query languages (I.e. SQL, Databricks, AI Tools ) and experience in designing/building automated solutions
- An understanding of regulatory Reporting tools (I.e. RI & Axiom )
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages with problem solving skills
- Adaptability, dependability and flexibility regarding work assignments and work schedule, positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly and assimilate business/technical knowledge
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationship and creative data story telling with ability to make complex decisions, holding others accountable for quality deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
- Experience working in partnership with business, technology and product teams to document business scenarios and acceptance testing criteria to ensure reporting accuracy as pat of project tracking

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication, with expertise in PowerPoint or other presentation tools
- Project management experience with Data Mesh or Cloud Strategy knowledge
