Job Summary
Seeking an experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Quality Systems, or Regulatory Operations to support and manage Veeva Vault and TrackWise operations, ensuring data integrity, system alignment, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Duration: Till end of March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the interface between Veeva Vault RIM and TrackWise to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Manage data structures, change management, and system alignment across both platforms.
- Monitor data inflow, validation, remediation, and quality activities to ensure data integrity.
- Investigate and resolve user issues and migration-related incidents through ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
- Administer Veeva Vault reports, dashboards, and system monitoring activities.
- Perform data remediation, enrichment, and quality improvement initiatives aligned with Vault releases.
- Collaborate with CMC teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Provide operational support and coordinate activities across teams.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address system, operational, and data-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data quality.
- Support troubleshooting and system-related activities leveraging Veeva Vault and TrackWise knowledge.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and basic project management skills.

- Strong experience with Veeva Vault administration and operations.
- Good understanding of TrackWise and system integrations (preferred).
- Experience in data governance, quality management, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in regulated Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
