- Review those requests and triage them to ensure that they are dealt with promptly and effectively within the legal deadline.
- Have responsibility for logging requests on the team’s database and tracking them through to completion.
- Action requests: gather documents and information from the relevant parts of the business, review the information to ensure the right level of detail is shared.
- Communicate with individuals in relation to their requests.
- Work with the team to resolve challenges and issues as they arise.
How you’ll do it
We’re looking for someone who wants to do the right thing by our customers and colleagues, who can communicate well with others and who relishes being part of an energetic and hard-working team. You should have a happy to help attitude, be able to pick things up quickly and will need to work well under pressure. You’ll need to be passionate about delivering great results and enthusiastic about learning and developing the role.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
