As part of the Data & Tooling team, supporting the Data & Tooling Manager. The primary objective of this role is to support on the operational execution and development of our suite of Portfolio reporting and Tooling capability and service offering.
You will work as part of a small team for Data, Tooling & Reporting PMO Analysts. Maintaining a close relationship and collaborating with the Enterprise Portfolio Office and Delivery Oversight PMO teams.
About the role
- Support and administer the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tooling, including the design and development of all changes dealing with stakeholders and suppliers to successful implementation.
- Manage the range of day-to-day user enquiries, supporting the resolution and identifying where improvements can be made.
- Undertake the admin configuration tasks within our tooling landscape.
- Utilise data analysis to identify recurring data and tooling issues and support the improvements within the tooling team.
- Manage standardised reporting to support the Change community, operating the production processes and managing change.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop appropriate tooling and reporting solutions.

About you
- Experience of Change Management Tooling (PPM/SPM tools).
- Proficient with Business intelligence and data visualisations tools, such as Power BI.
- Strong data analytical skills, with the ability to unpick, analyse and challenge complex datasets.
- Act as a subject matter expert and champion for effective tooling usage.
- Demonstrable PMO experience in delivering a wide range of projects and programmes within a financial service environment.
- Experience of both Agile and Waterfall models and their application within a PMO.
- Be a proactive support to the Data & Tooling Manager and other stakeholders with the ability to obtain buy-in and build consensus.
