Director of Data Learning & Development
About the Role
Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality, and people. Across the group, we support around 10,000 learners annually, and our data-focused division is rapidly expanding, requiring skilled professionals who can drive tangible impact from day one.
We’re seeking a dedicated and results-driven leader to transform aspiring learners into high-performing data professionals. This role will focus on delivering world-class coaching and training that turns data theory into real-world capability, empowering learners from their first week in training.
Life in the Role
Your Day-to-Day Reality
- Most of your time will be spent:
- Developing and delivering high-impact training sessions (group workshops and 1:1 coaching) on data analytics.
- Providing constructive, developmental feedback on workplace projects.

Key Challenge
Balancing compliance tracking with high-quality coaching while managing apprentices who learn at different speeds. Preparing them for End-Point Assessments requires strong organisational skills.
Is This Role Right For You?
You should apply if you: ✔ Have minimum 2 years’ experience in data analytics, computer science, or statistics/mathematics. ✔ possess proven skills in professional training, coaching, or facilitation. ✔ deeply care about unlocking talent and understand adult learning principles. ✔ are fluent in digital tools and online learning platforms. ✔ can write high-caliber developmental feedback on assignments. ✔ are prepared to uphold Safeguarding, Prevent, and Equality & Diversity policies.
