Barclays is seeking a highly skilled Visualisation & UX Lead to join the Management Information and Reporting team supporting Current Accounts, Payments, and Loans. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating the quality, consistency, and impact of data visualisations across Barclays United Kingdom. This role will lead the design and delivery of effective, intuitive, and accessible dashboards that enable clear decision-making and actionable insights.

To be successful as a Visualisation & UX Lead, you should have:
- Advanced Tableau skills, including building complex dashboards, calculations, and interactive features.
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualisation principles and best practices.
- Excellent capability in report writing and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
