Databar Sales Estimator
DATABAR Sales Estimator – Kendal, UK

We’re seeking a DATABAR Sales Estimator based at Westmorland Business Park, Kendal, UK. Reporting to the Busbar Operations Manager, this role drives sales growth, enhances client relationships, and boosts revenue through meticulous planning and support.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Review & Project Mapping
- Analyse client technical specifications, electrical, and mechanical drawings to align with DATABAR product compliance
- Map equipment routes/pathways using containment drawings and 3D models to determine component needs

Sales & Quotation Support
- Prepare accurate, costing sheets and quotations for projects
- Develop technical submittals for proposals

Customer & Team Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Assist other Anord Mardix departments to streamline project management and maximise profitability

Administrative Duties
- Support buses with data input, document management, and related administrative tasks
Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong decision-making under deadlines to meet client/project demands
- Engineering background preferred (with knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings)
- Proven numeracy, literacy, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- UK work eligibility required
