Database Administrator (DBA) – Contract (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $25–$70/hour

About the Role

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to work on a contract basis. This role entails managing and optimising database systems to ensure high-performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include database design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain database systems to meet organisational needs.
  • Monitor and optimise database performance, ensuring efficient query execution and resource utilisation.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks and data corruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and data-driven decision-making.
