Who We Are
ThirdEye Consulting is a top-tier Salesforce, Data & AI consultancy! We specialise in delivering high-impact, complex transformation programmes for ambitious clients. We help forward-thinking organisations:
- Tackle serious technical debt
- Drive their AI agenda
- Unlock what’s often their most undervalued asset: clean, connected data
As registered partners across multi-cloud providers, we're genuinely technology-agnostic. We choose what's right for the problem—not what's convenient.
AI isn’t just a bolt-on here. It’s woven into our approach, what we deliver, and where we’re headed. Our AI Innovation team has dedicated resources, freedom to explore emerging tools, and a culture that attracts and retains sharp talent. You’ll collaborate with some of the best technical minds in the industry while having space to grow alongside them.
Here’s the rare combination: the security of a growing, successful consultancy, combined with the innovation agenda and agility of an industry-leading frontier company. At ThirdEye:
- Cutting-edge isn’t aspirational—it’s standard
- You’ll get hands-on with the latest technology
- You’ll help shape client programmes
- You’ll be part of an AI-driven journey without risking obsolescence
- If you’re technically curious, driven by complex problems, and ready to deliver your best work, ThirdEye is your place.
The Role
This is the first dedicated Databricks pre-sales role at ThirdEye—and it comes with real influence.

- Be the technical voice on every Databricks pursuit
- Partner closely with our industry sellers
- Co-sell alongside the Databricks field team
- Accelerate our progression from Bronze to Silver partner status and beyond
Unlike simpler sales cycles, the Databricks platform requires depth. You’ll lead with technical expertise, exploring Lakehouse architecture, running discovery sessions, building compelling POCs, and presenting confidently from the practitioner’s level through to the C-suite.
What You Will Do
Pre-Sales & Technical Winning
- Own the technical dimension of Databricks opportunities—from discovery, scoping, through proposal and close
- Build and deliver POCs, demos, and reference architectures to make the business case real for clients
- Lead technical discovery sessions to:
- Uncover complexity
- Build trust with clients
- Set projects up for delivery success
- Present credibly at all levels:
- Engineers & architects
- Data leaders
- Executives
- Co-sell with Databricks field AEs, fostering relationships that drive mutual pipeline

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
