About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is seeking a Community Storytelling & Narrative Manager to support the growth of its digital infrastructure footprint across EMEA.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape and communicate the positive impact that technology infrastructure delivers to local communities. Working at the intersection of community engagement, communications, public affairs and social impact, you will develop compelling stories that build trust, strengthen reputation and demonstrate meaningful community value.

You will work across multiple countries and stakeholder groups to identify, craft and amplify stories around sustainability, education, workforce development, innovation, community investment and economic growth.

The Role

As the Community Storytelling & Narrative Manager, you will lead the development of local community narratives and storytelling frameworks that help communicate the organisation's impact across EMEA markets.

You will partner with Community Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs and operational teams to ensure a consistent, authentic and engaging approach to storytelling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
