Datacentre Operations Engineer | London area (Hybrid)
A fast-growing GPU-as-a-Service provider delivering high-performance compute infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads is hiring a hands-on Datacentre Operations Engineer for its UK site.
This is a floor-based role: advanced smart-hands, complex cabling, and hands-on operation of liquid cooling and ultra-high-density GPU compute systems (NVIDIA NVL72-class or equivalent, busbar power distribution, >30kW/rack). You'll own break/fix execution, DLC/CDU maintenance, capacity tracking, and 24x7 incident response for mission-critical production environments, working closely with HPC SRE, Network Engineering, and Datacentre Strategy.

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in data centre operations, HPC, or related hands-on hardware roles
- Proven experience with NVIDIA GPU platforms, high-performance storage, and networking
- Direct Liquid Cooling experience (CDUs, leak detection, coolant monitoring) or strong aptitude to train
- Comfortable with ITSM frameworks, on-call rotation, and structured break/fix on complex hardware
- Right to work in the UK
- Bonus: NVIDIA/HPE (or equivalent) vendor certifications
