Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Day Concierge. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.
Position: Day Concierge
Location: Harrods Court, London SW3
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700-1900
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details
This role will be based at Harrods Court a stones throw away from Knightsbridge underground station. This development consists of 17 high end residential apartments.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
