Single Homeless Project – Two Day Concierge Opportunities (Part-Time, Permanent)
Location: Wandsworth & Westminster Working Hours: 25 hours/week (Wed–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM) Salary: £28,860 per annum (pro rata, fixed)

About the Day Concierge Role
As a Day Concierge in our Wandsworth accommodation service, you’ll be the backbone of day-to-day operations: the first point of contact, the organised presence maintaining safet창y, and the bridge between guests, colleagues, and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-line customer service: Greet, direct, and assist guests (many of whom are experiencing homelessness) with dignity and professionalism.
- Building relationships: Support residents while upholding boundaries in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Logistical operations: Manage access, coordinate with maintenance teams, and troubleshoot urgent issues as they arise.
- Service optimisation: Ensure the property remains functional, accessible, and welcoming through attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Team collaboration: Work alongside staff with diverse backgrounds, contributing to the amenability of a supportive workplace.

Requirements

- Practical mindset with strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

- Salary progression: Guaranteed raise after successful 6-month probation.
- Flexible hours: Standard 37.5-hour week (core hours: 10 AM–4 PM for non-accommodation teams), with part-time flexibility.
