Join the managing agent for a landmark, super-prime residential development located in a prestigious Central London district, as Day Concierge.
This role is the very definition of front-of-house excellence, serving as the first point of contact for high-net-worth residents and upholding the five-star reputation of this exclusive address.
Core focus of the Day Concierge – Luxury Residential
As the Day Concierge, you will be the face of the residence, responsible for delivering a personalised, discreet, and highly professional service to every resident and guest. Your shift will focus on ensuring the seamless and secure operation of the entrance and reception area during daytime hours.
Day-to-day of the role
Front-of-House Management: Managing the main reception desk, ensuring it is always immaculately presented, and acting as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. Five-Star Service: Delivering an unparalleled level of personalised service, including greeting residents by name, handling bespoke requests (e.g., booking chauffeur services, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets), and managing all deliveries and parcels securely. Security & Access Control: Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, controlling access to the development, and ensuring adherence to all security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents. Administrative Tasks: Managing the key log, updating resident databases, drafting professional correspondence, and maintaining accurate records of all daily activities and incidents. Liaison & Communication: Acting as the central communication hub, effectively liaising with the General Manager, property management, maintenance staff, and contractors to promptly resolve resident queries and maintenance issues. Estate Presentation: Proactively monitoring common areas and ensuring any cleanliness or maintenance issues are immediately reported and tracked until resolution.

Skills you need
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a high-end service role who exhibits polish, discretion, and reliability:
Experience: Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as a Concierge, Lobby Host, or Guest Relations specialist within a five-star hotel, luxury residential development, or private members’ club is essential. Presentation & Demeanour: An immaculate personal presentation, professional demeanour, and the utmost commitment to discretion and confidentiality. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically with high-net-worth individuals and VIPs. Skills: Proficient in standard IT systems (Microsoft Office) and experience using booking or residential management software. Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for anticipating needs and providing outstanding customer service. Security Awareness: A strong understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures.
