Position: Day Concierge
Location: London Square - Putney
Working Hours: 4on 4off 0700-1900
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based within a high end residential development located a short walk away from East Putney underground station or Putney railway station. The development consists of 113 residential apartments and benefits from an onsite car park and resident’s podium.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
- Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
