Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 07:00 – 19:00 Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 per annum Contract: Permanent

About the Role
This opportunity is part of a dynamic concierge role at a modern, high-end residential development near Gallions Reach DLR, encompassing 400+ apartments.
Rendall & Rittner Pride on fostering an environment that ensures ease, safety, and service excellence for residents, guests, and the wider team.
Responsibilities
As the Day Concierge, you’ll be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key duties include:
- Embodying the team’s core values – fostering positivity and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
- Leading by example with exceptional customer service, inspiring colleagues to deliver exceptional resident and guest experiences.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance operations within the development.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all resident and external queries, handling feedback effectively and immediately.
- Strengthening team cohesion – building strong bonds with residents, guests, and contractors alike.
- Demonstrating a proven ability to manage complaints efficiently, maintain workplace safety, and thrive in a team-driven atmosphere.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following to thrive in this role:
- A passion for creating positive experiences and prioritising excellence in customer service.
- Experience in high-touch concierge or hospitality settings, with a proven track record for resolving conflicts and managing guest/resident feedback.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to anticipate needs and drive performance improvements in service delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – engaging stakeholders with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Team player with a dedication to fostering a supportive workspace.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and provide evidence of eligibility.
