Security Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to support the safe and secure operation of a high-end residential development, overseeing day security services, managing access control and visitor management, and helping to maintain a professional, welcoming and well-protected environment for residents, visitors and contractors.

Location: London, EC1V
Salary: £37,132
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7am-7pm

Previous experience in a large, complex and high end residential development is essential for this role.

The Role

As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the overall safety of people and property across the estate.

  • Help control unauthorised access
  • Prevent theft and vandalism
  • Manage visitor and contractor access
  • Support the Concierge team when required

This is a visible and responsible role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication and the ability to respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies.

What You’ll Do

Security Operations & Patrols

  • Provide an effective security service in line with site procedures and instructions from the General Manager or Facilities Manager.
  • Carry out regular patrols across the estate, including external areas, car parks, estate walkways, gardens, corridors and exits.
  • Identify and report security, health and safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Help ensure corridors, exits and communal areas remain clear, safe and free from obstructions.
  • Respond professionally to emergencies, including fire alarms, intrusions, bomb threats, protests or other incidents.

Access Control & Visitor Management

  • Manage access control and support the safe movement of residents, visitors, contractors and service personnel.
  • Ensure contractors and service personnel are correctly signed in and out.
  • Liaise with Concierge colleagues to maintain accurate attendance and access records.
  • Supervise keys held in the security office and ensure they are correctly logged in and out in line with agreed procedures.
  • Help prevent unauthorised access, theft, vandalism or any activity that may compromise site safety or security.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
