Job Description

Join our Day Shift team in a robotics-led, state-of-the-art warehouse and build a career with real progression opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • No Warehouse experience needed — just bring a positive attitude.
  • You must be 18 or over.
  • You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
  • You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
  • For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.
  • Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C).

Available Day Roles

You will work 4 nights in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends.

Despatch – 06:00 to 16:00

  • Load customer totes into delivery frames and organise returned totes.
  • A physical role that involves regular lifting — no gym membership required!

Pick – 04:30 to 14:30

  • Pick and pack customer orders using our latest robotic systems.
  • Ideal for those who enjoy attention to detail and keeping busy.

Inbound – 08:00 to 19:00

  • Receive goods from suppliers, check quality, and place items into totes ready for picking.

Pay & Premiums

  • £12.84 per hour basic pay
  • +£1.00 per hour freezer premium
