Day Support Worker – Learning Disabilities Service

Salary: £12.95 per hour – rising to £13.20 when working in our complex service

Location: Holdingham House, Holdingham Lodge & Meadowbeck Sleaford, NG34 8YU

Hours: 37.5 hours per week available. Weekends: You must be able to work alternate weekends. Shifts: 7 AM – 3 PM and 2 PM – 10 PM and 7AM-10PM

Along the way, you’ll gain valuable qualifications and specialist training to support your growth:

  • Complete your Care Certificate within your first 12 weeks
  • Progress to NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Undertake specialist training and qualifications in areas such as positive behaviour support, autism, and mental health
