Dayforce Payroll / WFM Consultant

Dayforce Payroll / WFM Consultant – Client-Facing Role

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll / Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to join Silver Cloud, supporting organisations through the design, configuration, and delivery of Dayforce solutions.

This is a client-facing consulting role within our Dayforce Practice, where you’ll collaborate closely with clients to:

  • Understand business needs
  • Translate requirements into practical system design
  • Ensure successful delivery across all phases of implementation

Ideal for those with hands-on Dayforce expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for variety, autonomy, and client engagement.

You’ll be part of a supportive, technically strong team with opportunities to specialise and grow as our practice expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Dayforce implementations across:
    • Discovery and requirements gathering
    • Design and configuration
    • Testing and validation phases
    • Project go-live and hypercare
  • Work closely with clients to:
    • Define business needs
    • Deliver tailored, best-practice solutions
    • Conduct workshops, demonstrate systems, and resolve issues
  • Configure Dayforce in your specialism (Payroll/WFM) to meet client objectives
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build trusted client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, project managers) to ensure seamless outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, refining methodologies, and ensuring high standards across all projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
