Day/Night Duty Co-ordinator (FTC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct the team of chauffeurs operating in central London.
  • Assign daily medical transportation tasks in collaboration with the cargo supervisor.
  • Allocate additional tasks as instructed by authorised logistics personnel and clients.
  • Report unauthorised transport requests to logistics management.
  • Notify the relevant department or supervisor about any vehicle faults.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients, colleagues, and external providers.
  • Ensure all vehicles used are kept in a presentable condition.
  • Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and respect the sensitive nature of its business.
  • Comply with all applicable Health and Safety regulations.
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures.
  • Enter all chauffeur assignments into the logistics auditing system.
  • Work on a flexible schedule as needed by operational demands.
  • Keep the work mobile phone switched on and respond promptly to calls.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong IT skills, including high competency with MS Office
  • Experience of fleet operations
  • Experience of coordinating multiple vehicle operations
