What you’ll be doing
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, leading a team of PROs and Loaders to deliver a smooth, efficient, and safe shift. You’ll take ownership of planning, performance, and people, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while developing your team to perform at their best.

Working any 5 from 7 days, typically 14:00 – 22:30 (depending on volumes), you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organise shift operations to meet performance targets, service levels, and budgets
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve productivity and quality standards
- Monitor and manage warehouse performance, costs, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and operational standards
- Oversee training to ensure safe and compliant working practices
- Manage shift reporting, contingencies, and transport support when required

- Strong Maths & English skills, with good PC literacy (IOSH desirable)
- Experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment
- Ability to analyse data, manage KPIs, and control costs effectively
- Confident communicator with strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure to tight deadlines
