Role Summary

As a Distribution Centre Operative, you’ll support the EU Logistics operation by performing a variety of tasks across inbound, processing, and outbound functions for our Direct, Retail, and Wholesale & Franchise channels. This role spans all URBN European brands, ensuring seamless operational fulfilment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operational execution:
    • Perform all tasks after comprehensive training, covering receipt of inbound goods, picking, packing, and shipping to meet demand efficiently.
  • Standards & culture:
    • Maintain world-class housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards in the Distribution Centre (DC) for both your work and your colleagues.
    • Act as a role model and ambassador for our culture, aligning with our vision and values.
  • Compliance & process-driven work:
    • Adhere to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with teams to update and improve them.

What You’ll Need

This role requires a variety of skills and attributes:

  • Physical capability:
    • Manual dexterity, accuracy, and ability to handle processes involving manual handling.
  • Technical familiarity:
    • Previous experience (or aptitude for) using computer systems, such as RF gun picking or data input for customer returns, is an asset.
  • Work ethic:
    • High standards of self-discipline, flexibility, and adaptability to varied duties.
  • Teamwork & mindset:
    • Previous experience in a warehousing or distribution centre is helpful but not mandatory.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and support team culture, embodying our vision and values.
  • Availability requirement:
    • You must be able to attend our assessment centre on 13th July 2026 at 11am.
