The Role
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Distribution Centre as a Team Member. You will be responsible for picking orders and preparing them with care to be dispatched in an accurate and efficient way. You will support your team and other functions to deliver smooth operations by using correct systems, equipment and Safe Operating Procedures, as well as performing other operational tasks as required. Skills & Experience
- Demonstrate reliability, efficiency and attention to detail
- Previous picking experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial
- Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including repetitive lifting of weights up to 14kg
- Capability to safely walk approximately 8km per shift
Availability
- We require full-time availability which may include weekends, as well as the flexibility to work outside standard operating hours when necessary
