DDaT Programme Manager

Fixed Term (24 months)

Harwich or London

£56,786.00 - 64,530.00 per annum (Successful candidates will be appointed on the starting salary of this range)

37 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking two experienced Programme Managers to support delivery of projects within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Programme.

You will lead and coordinate delivery of digital and IT-enabled change, supporting the rollout of systems, improving business processes, and ensuring effective user adoption. Initial priorities are expected to include Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), alongside wider transformation activity.

This role requires a practical, delivery-focused approach, with regular engagement with operational teams. The role is hybrid, with typically two days per week based in our Harwich office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of multiple digital and IT-enabled projects
  • Support rollout and adoption of systems and tools
  • Work with teams to improve processes and ways of working
  • Provide hands-on user support, training, and guidance
  • Manage stakeholders, suppliers, risks, and delivery plans
  • Drive continuous improvement and user-focused change

ABOUT YOU

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience delivering digital or IT change projects
  • Experience supporting system rollouts (e.g. Microsoft 365)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and user support skills
  • Practical, delivery-focused approach
