This is a Delivery Driver role where you’ll spend the majority of your day out on the road - so a passion for driving is a plus! Predefined routes and presorted packages are provided. So, once you've conducted your safety checks and loaded up, you can simply head off and drive. Whether you're an experienced courier or looking for a fresh opportunity, we offer a supportive environment where your hard work is valued and rewarded.Increased daily peak rate benefits:Week day daily rates (Mon-Fri) for standard 9 hr route: £130 per dayWeekend daily rates for standard 9hr route: £140 per daySafe driving requiredMore benefits of working with us:Weekly performance incentive up to £25 per routeFully insured van with fuel cards provided - no hidden costs with usFully paid 10 days induction training program providedStable team with good support structureOpportunities to progress with-in the teamManage your own availability weekly on a 3 week rolling rota scheduleUniform providedWhat you need:Exceptional customer serviceAttention to detail to ensure deliveries are safely completed as per the correct delivery processEnthusiastic dedication and commitmentSafety awarenessAbility to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a teamAble to load vans (<23kg packages) and deliver packages, by driving, stepping in and out of the vehicle safelyMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 1 years van driving experience preferred.Full UK or Euro Driving licence and a maximum of 6 points with no active IN,CD DR or TT codes and older than 21 years old.Able to pass a criminal background check and pass a drugs & alcohol test.Right to work in the UK.Be able to commute to and from delivery station.Be able to speak and read very basic English. QualificationsMust be self employed Independent problem solver with good communication skills in English The ability and willingness to be able to use stairs to deliver packages Able to lift and deliver packages (up to 23 kg.) Full and valid UK or EU Manual Driving License (max 6 points, NO active IN, DR or TT codes) Must pass a criminal background check Where vans are provided, they are held overnight at the station therefore you must be able to commute to and from the station Must be at least 21 years old Additional InformationEasy and fast application process Safe working conditions Motivated and diverse team Pre-sorted packages for your van loading Pre-defined routes Daily interactions with your community Up to 6-day work week + weekends
