Deal Desk Associate
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Desk Associate based in United Kingdom.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to build expertise in Deal Desk and Revenue Operations within a fast-growing global environment. You will play a key role in supporting the quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. The position combines operational execution with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and commercial strategy. You will gain hands-on experience with deal workflows, sales systems, and revenue processes while working in a flexible, remote-first culture. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about business operations, and motivated to grow into a more strategic role over time. Your work will directly contribute to smoother deal execution, improved customer experiences, and scalable business growth.
Accountabilities
- Manage closed-won processing and order management activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Build standard quotes using CPQ tools and process order forms while validating pricing, approvals, and required documentation before deal completion.
- Own and resolve Deal Desk requests related to quoting, CPQ functionality, account maintenance, and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce account and order records, ensuring data quality and visibility across commercial teams.
- Monitor incoming Deal Desk requests and respond to Sales team needs within agreed service level expectations.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases, escalating issues appropriately and supporting effective resolutions.
- Contribute to improving Deal Desk processes, standard operating procedures, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities by ensuring deals are processed accurately and on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tools, and operational enhancements.
- Develop a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind deals, including revenue impact, margins, risks, and customer commitments.

Requirements
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Order Management, or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required, with knowledge of CPQ tools considered a strong advantage.
- Basic understanding of quote-to-cash processes, order management principles, and sales operations workflows.
- Strong interest in commercial operations and the ability to understand the business reasoning behind deals, not only the administrative processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy during high-volume periods.
- Comfortable following structured workflows while proactively identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and supporting process optimization.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities during critical business periods, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Demonstrated ability to use automation and AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills with strong communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required.
