Deal Desk Manager
Deal Desk Manager – Re revenue Operations (RevOps)
Sapiens is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to play a pivotal role in enabling disciplined, efficient, and scalable deal governance across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to step up and help scale our revenue engine.
Sitting within the broader Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, the role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and acts as a senior commercial partner to the Sales organisation and Legal, ensuring that complex deals are structured, reviewed, and escalated in line with commercial, pricing, contractual guardrails, and compliance standards.
You will support all new business, with a heightened focus on non-standard, high-value, and strategically important opportunities, owning deal/lifecycle governance. The role combines strong commercial judgement, analytical rigour, and regular exposure to senior leadership, helping balance revenue growth with risk management, margin protection, and long-term customer value.
Working closely with Pricing, Planning, Finance, and Sales Operations, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of deal governance processes, tools, and enablement, with high levels of autonomy. The role plays an important part in driving consistency, transparency, and accountability across the end-to-end deal lifecycle, supporting enterprise-wide commercial change and RevOps’ broader mission to scale revenue performance effectively and sustainably.
This role is suited to an ambitious mid-career professional, looking to play a central role in the new deals process and drive significant organisational change. The role acts as a bridge from management positions, offering wide-step-up opportunities to accelerate career development, including supporting junior colleagues and engaging independently with senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
