Deal Desk Manager
Deal Desk Manager – Hiring at Sapiens
About the Role
Sapiens is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to help scale disciplined, efficient, and scalable deal governance across the business—a key part of our mission to scale our revenue engine effectively and sustainably.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this senior commercial role supports the Sales organisation and works closely with Legal, ensuring complex deals are structured, reviewed, and escalated in line with commercial, pricing, contractual, and compliance standards.
You will drive high-value, non-standard, and strategically important deals, balancing revenue growth and risk management while aligning deals with margin protection and long-term customer value.
In collaboration with Pricing, Planning, Finance, and Sales Operations, you will optimise deal governance processes, tools, and enablement, fostering transparency, accountability, and scalability across the entire revenue lifecycle.
This is the perfect stepping-stone for an ambitious mid-career professional seeking to shape commercial processes, drive transformational change, and spell up into broader leadership opportunities. The role provides independent influence over stakeholder engagements, including support for junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Governance & Operational Execution
- Lead the day-to-day execution of deal governance, ensuring deals move smoothly through the sales process with proper review, documentation, and approvals.
- Serve as the central contact for non-standard and complex deals, providing clear commercial guidance to Sales and Leadership.
- Review deal structures in depth, assessing pricing, discounts, and non-price terms to ensure compliance with approved commercial policies and governance standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
