Deal Hub Associate
At Deal Hub, you’ll serve as the single point of contact for Sales, delivering timely, responsive, and high-quality feedback to streamline deal workflows and significantly reduce time and resources spent on deal development and closure.
About the Role
Deal Hub Associates partner closely with the Sales team to understand client requirements, evaluate requests against internal standards, and leverage best practices to maximise retention while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll take the lead on:
- Collaborating with Sales to align client needs with global best practices, ensuring consistent and impactful deal strategies
- Prioritising workflow and managing request volumes efficiently to maximise urgency and operational effectiveness
- Building trust-based relationships with Sales to accelerate adoption of best practices in support of Gartner’s mission-critical priorities
- Ensuring a single point of contact for Sales to minimise handoffs, reduce delays, and guarantee requests are delivered by agreed deadlines
- Maintaining a comprehensive audit trail of all requests, approvals, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Escalating complex or unresolved requests to domain experts or Deal Hub Leadership for specialised solutions
- Contributing to and refining the Deal Hub Playbook to ensure globally consistent processes and continuous improvement

- Degree or experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry experience) preferred
- Experience: 2–3 years in a business environment; Sales Support, Contracting, or Sales experience is a plus
- Relationship-building: Strong ability to forge trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams in a multi-site, multicultural organisation
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with demonstrated effectiveness in translating complex requests into clear, concise responses
- Active listening: Proven ability to understand and empathise with Sales’ priorities and needs
- CRM proficiency: Familiarity with Siebel, SFDC, or Sugar CRM is preferred
