Job Title

Deal Lifecycle Product Manager (Director)

Location

London

Overview

This is a critical role where you will take ownership of Single Prime Record (SPR), a cornerstone technology platform underpinning Deutsche Bank’s Investment Bank. As the Core platform owner, your focus will be on enabling safe, high-quality delivery of change across the global engineering ecosystem, acting as the pillar of the FIC Front to Back program (FIC F2B).

You will drive the transition of ideas from conception through non-production environments into scalable, confident production releases. Working at the heart of a global engineering network, you will partner with senior engineers, architects, partnership engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver game-changing outcomes.

This role demands strategic product leadership combined with hands-on delivery expertise. You’ll orchestrate global teams, unravel complex dependencies, and cultivate an environment where teams can operate with predictability, safety, and sustainability. If you’re passionate about shaping modern platforms and thrive in a supportive, results-driven culture, apply and make a meaningful impact.

What We’ll Offer You

We prioritise employee well-being, growth, and work-life balance, offering:

  • Hybrid working – Flexible remote options tailored to individual needs
  • Competitive salary and a non-contributory pension
  • 30 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase additional leave
  • Life Assurance & Private Healthcare for you and your family
  • Flexible benefits including Retail Discounts, Bike4Work scheme, and Gym discounts
  • 2 days’ paid volunteering leave plus opportunities to support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
