About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role holder contributes actively to the attainment of the MFS commercial & regulatory objectives and the Brand’s growth ambitions through the deployment of MFS’s commercial and oversight strategy within the dealer network and the active management of finance, services & retention performance.

Responsibilities
- Achievement of commercial sales objectives including but not limited to unit volume, penetrations, and retention, whilst ensuring good customer outcomes
- Deploy and manage MFS dealer oversight framework within your territory
- Manage commercial dealer/group relationships, oversight & performance [at all levels] through physical/virtual meetings
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Take the role of conduit between dealers and internal MFS departments
- Improve performance through delivering training and coaching whilst monitoring the completion of training standards via MFS learning management system
- Manage relationships with all OEM brand and third-party counterparts
- Support launch of all quarterly brand campaigns within dealer networks
- Field deployment of all dealer digital initiatives
- Ensure personal continuous development in all areas of the Account Manager role
- To comply with all regulatory obligations, company procedures, and standards

Knowledge and Experience
- Previous motor finance industry experience
- Understanding of current regulatory landscape desirable
Location
Field-based Role (Northwest of England and Midlands)
