About Geely

At Geely, our story began in 1986 with a simple but powerful idea, an idea that has driven us to become one of the world’s most forward-thinking automotive groups. For nearly three decades, we’ve been redefining mobility through our iconic global brands, including Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lotus, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, the London Electric Vehicle Company, Farizon, and more. We are Geely Auto UK, the UK arm of Geely Auto Group. Having entered the market in 2025 with our first electric SUV, the Geely EX5, we’re continuing to grow rapidly as we build a nationwide dealer and service network.

Job Purpose

The role ensures all dealer payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, while maintaining full compliance with campaign rules and internal financial controls.

This position acts as a key link between Sales Operations and Finance to ensure dealer claims and bonus payments are fully supported by accurate documentation and clear reconciliation processes.

In addition, the position is responsible for working with the fleet team to help evaluate the financial impact of proposed fleet deals. This includes working closely with the head of fleet and used car manager to evaluate the viability of Rental buy back business.

Main Responsibilities

Dealer Campaign & Incentive Management

  • Manage end-to-end dealer campaign and bonus payment processes across the dealer network.
  • Review campaign structures, incentive rules, and payment criteria to ensure full understanding before payment processing.
  • Validate dealer eligibility and campaign performance against agreed targets and programme requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance data and identify discrepancies or anomalies requiring investigation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
