Dealer Consultant – Global Automotive Software & Technology
£40,000-£45,000 basic, £12,000 bonus, company car, share scheme. Hybrid working with extensive UK travel, plus 25 days holiday and a strong benefits package.
This is a delivery-led role for someone who enjoys being close to customers and seeing projects through from first conversation to successful go-live. You will be trusted to run complex software implementations, represent the business on site and make sound commercial decisions along the way.
There is real variety here. One week you might be shaping an implementation plan with a dealer group leadership team. The next you could be on site supporting live week or coaching users to get more value from the platform. If you like autonomy, visibility and work that has a clear impact, this role delivers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
