Dealerpoint Manager – London North (Enfield)
Salary: Competitive + bonus + company car + BUPA
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dealerpoint Manager to lead and develop the Volvo Trucks & Bus operation in Enfield.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while representing one of the most respected brands in the commercial vehicle industry.
With full dealership P&L responsibility, you will:
- Lead and drive the day-to-day and strategic development of the dealer operation
- Ensure strong team engagement across technical and administrative staff
- Maintain Volvo’s high standards of customer service, aftermarket excellence, communications, and innovation
Essential Components for the Role
- Strong customer orientation and a focus on customer satisfaction
- People management, engagement, and leadership expertise
- Ability to manage a profitable business, maintain discipline, and sustain high performance
- Leadership in Volvo’s Lean for Retail initiatives, ensuring staff engagement and operational efficiency
- Customer partnership development — upholding and expanding ties with Volvo’s products and services
- Collaboration with regional support functions to optimise workshop planning, repair orders, and invoicing

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full P&L responsibility for the Volvo Trucks & Bus dealer operation
- Lead, motivate, and develop sales, service, and parts teams
- Drive profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term relationships
- Deliver Volvo’s brand standards in sales, aftersales, and facilities
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts, implementing action plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between the Dealerpoint and Volvo UK
- Ensure dealer compliance with Volvo Group’s health, safety, and environmental policies
About You
- Proven management experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or dealer operations
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Commercially focused with a track record of performance improvement
- Highly customer-focused, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
- Bold and decisive under pressure, with a focus on business performance and KPIs
- desirable: Knowledge of Volvo Trucks & Bus products or experience with comparable OEM brands
