Dealerpoint Manager – London South (Croydon)

Why the Role Matters

Experienced Dealerpoint Manager required to lead and develop Volvo Trucks & Bus operations in Croydon, driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

A key leadership position with full dealership P&L responsibility, shaping strategic growth while inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and brand alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the daily and strategic development of the dealer operation, ensuring engagement across sales, service, and parts teams.
  • Manage and develop technical & administrative staff, fostering high performance through coaching, mentorship, and Lean Retail principles.
  • Drive profitability through cost control, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term loyalty to Volvo Trucks & Bus.
  • Deliver brand consistency across sales, aftersales, and facilities, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards, fulfilling Volvo Group responsibilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Dealerpoint and Volvo UK.
  • Collaborate with regional support teams on workshop planning, repair orders, and invoicing.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven management experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or dealer operations.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a history of improving business performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder relations.
  • Ability to operate strategically yet remain hands-on, prioritising KPIs and business performance.
  • Familiarity with Volvo Trucks & Bus products—or equivalent OEM brands—strongly preferred.
