Dealerpoint Manager – London South (Croydon)
Why the Role Matters
Experienced Dealerpoint Manager required to lead and develop Volvo Trucks & Bus operations in Croydon, driving commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
A key leadership position with full dealership P&L responsibility, shaping strategic growth while inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the daily and strategic development of the dealer operation, ensuring engagement across sales, service, and parts teams.
- Manage and develop technical & administrative staff, fostering high performance through coaching, mentorship, and Lean Retail principles.
- Drive profitability through cost control, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term loyalty to Volvo Trucks & Bus.
- Deliver brand consistency across sales, aftersales, and facilities, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards, fulfilling Volvo Group responsibilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Dealerpoint and Volvo UK.
- Collaborate with regional support teams on workshop planning, repair orders, and invoicing.

Essential Requirements
- Proven management experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or dealer operations.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a history of improving business performance.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder relations.
- Ability to operate strategically yet remain hands-on, prioritising KPIs and business performance.
- Familiarity with Volvo Trucks & Bus products—or equivalent OEM brands—strongly preferred.
