Manager – Real Assets & Credit Tax (Real Estate Group)
About the Role
Our Deals Tax team partners with the Deals Practice to deliver tax advisory services across Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit, and Mergers and Acquisitions. We are seeking a Manager for our Real Assets & Credit Tax team within the Real Estate group.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Deal Leadership
- Act as the overall deal architect, dictating the content, tone, and focus of reports.
- Own successful project delivery and management, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.

Stakeholder & Proposal Management
- Work with partners and directors to identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively manage project risk.
- Lead proposals and project kick-offs, shaping their scope and strategic direction.
Leadership & Coaching
- Set high standards for team performance and professional development.
- Invest time in understanding team members’ objectives and prioritising upskilling where applicable.
Client Relationship Management
- Deeply engage with key clients and stakeholders to align advisory work with their business priorities and concerns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Relevant Experience
- Proven experience advising on real estate tax projects, particularly for high-net-worth clients or significant institutions.
- Strong UK corporate tax advisory background (or equivalent international experience).
- Experience leading and coaching teams in complex tax or advisory engagements.
- Relationship-building skills: Excellent in fostering internal teams while leveraging external networks.

Qualifications
- Accounting or tax qualification (e.g., ACA, ATA, FTI forms, or international equivalents). -orum**: A recognised qualification or significant work experience in home country (open to non-UK candidates).
