About the role:
We are looking for an individual to join our Real Assets & Credit tax team as a real estate tax specialist. Our Deals Tax team works closely with our Deals practice to advise on the tax implications of a variety of deals projects including; Business Recovery Services, Real Assets & Credit and Mergers and Acquisitions.

You'll work on complex and challenging assignments. Our team advises on a large volume of diverse direct and indirect real estate transactions both in the UK and across the world. You will gain experience working with prestigious and interesting clients as we have a wide client base including sovereign wealth funds, high profile multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds and REITs.
What your days will look like:
- Generating and drafting technical content for tax due diligence and tax structuring reports with support from senior team members and specialists
- Monitoring and driving cost reporting processes
- Monitoring and driving risk management processes
- Building client relationships, getting to know your clients and actively participate in client calls
- Managing upwards to keep senior stakeholders aware of progress on delegated tasks

This role is for you if:
- Must possess a ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- Experience working on corporate tax projects
- Experience of leading and coaching others
- Experience in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks
- Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others
- Experience of handling and delivering multiple projects to meet deadlines
