Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Debt Advisor to join our growing team in the heart of Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people regain control of their finances while building a rewarding career with excellent earning potential.
As a Debt Advisor, you'll speak with customers experiencing financial difficulties, understand their circumstances, and provide suitable debt solutions tailored to their individual needs. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring all advice is compliant, ethical, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand customers' financial situations.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and compliant advice on suitable debt solutions.
- Recommend appropriate debt solutions based on each customer's circumstances.
- Build rapport and trust with customers throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in debt advice or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A compassionate and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
