Responsibilities
- Prepare compelling marketing materials and pitchbooks that win business.
- Build and review detailed financial models and perform valuation analysis.
- Create clear, insightful presentations and information memoranda.
- Stay informed on debt market developments and transaction activity.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Build your network across private equity, advisory, and legal circles.

Qualifications
- A strong academic background (2.1 or above or equivalent).
Required Skills
- Experience in one or more of: debt advisory, leveraged finance, investment banking, commercial banking, working on mid to large cap transactions with Private Equity clients
- Excellent Excel modelling and communication skills - including PowerPoint and Word.
- A strong work ethic, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- The ability to juggle multiple workstreams with professionalism and calm under pressure.
- A team-first mindset, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
